What can I do....

I am sitting here thinking about what else I can do in order to make extra money. I was wondering about becoming a dancer/stripper. I hear they make a decent living and I could use the extra money. SO I get this email about a guy who worked on Wall Street and lost his job and now has to wait tables for a living but he's doing what he has to do to put food on the table and keep a roof over his families head. After reading this article of course I feel sad for him, but I also prayed that things would get easier for that family. I said that to say this we really don't know how blessed we are. Here I am with a full-time job WITH benefits and I am still complaining and wondering how I can make more money. We have to stop sometimes and just thank God for the things that we have! Okay that's enough for now, sorry that I haven't been writing on a daily basis. I am going to try and do better. To all my people out here struggling, don't stop things WILL get better!!

Thankful...

Today I am in one of those thankful moods. All day I have been reflecting on how good God has been to me even when I haven't deserved his goodness. My daughter just left my office today and it's amazing how much she's growing. Seems like yesterday I was walking around with a BIG belly. LOL Children are so amazing and I thank God for my daughter. I am getting a little excited we have a four day weekend ahead of us. YAY!! This is all that I have for now, maybe later on I will write another Blog, I am tired today for some reason, can hardly keep my eyes open. Until next time God Bless!

End of the work day...

I am just sitting at my desk saying to myself, boy am I glad that this day is over, it has truly been a looooooooooooong day. I can't wait to get home and see my daughter and give her a great BIG hug! I am also excited about going to the park to walk today as well. I guess the first blog can be sort of boring I will have to look for some interesting topics to discuss as the blog goes on. LOL At least I thought it was funny. Oh I met a cool guy today hopefully we can make some things happen! Well I am going to call it a day for now. I will check back on tomorrow and see if I can find something more juicy to talk about. Oh last night was the first of hopefully not many more sleepless nights, we are weening my daughter off the sippy cup and let me tell you, she's one feisty toddler. She cried and screamed and hollered for about an hour and a half the first round got her to sleep at about 10:30pm and then she was up and ready for round two at about 1:00am. So it will be interesting to see if how long she goes tonight. Gotta love the children.
